Job summary

ScriptPro in Mission, KS is seeking a Field Installation Technician to lead on-site installation of pharmacy automation equipment across North America. You will assemble equipment, connect hardware and software, test systems, and troubleshoot while traveling up to 85% of the time.

This role demands hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently at client sites.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in hands-on installation or similar environments.
• Experience driving a truck and/or towing a trailer.
• Proficiency with electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to travel 85% of the time and pass DOT driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure ScriptPro hardware and software on-site.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure systems operate to specifications.
• Transport ScriptPro equipment safely and manage travel logistics.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with site staff.
