Job summary

ScriptPro seeks a Pharmacy Accounts Receivable Support Representative in Kansas City, MO, to manage payment processing and AR activities within pharmacy reconciliation platforms. This full-time, hybrid role partners with the Pharmacy Services Operations team to ensure accurate data and compliant handling of payments.

The candidate should have 3+ years as a retail pharmacy technician, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. On-campus two days per week, with flexibility for scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a retail pharmacy technician.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage and organize data files.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and insurance payers.
• Monitor and manage the import of client sales transmissions.
• Retrieve, download, and input payment file data.
• Monitor and import daily deposit data.
• Reconcile payments and remittance details.
• Investigate and resolve payment exceptions.
• Provide responsive and professional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and customers to ensure data accuracy and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation of processes and procedures to support consistency and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to system enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements related to patient and payment data.
