ScriptPro is seeking a Pharmacy Accounts Receivable Support Representative in Kansas City, MO, to manage payment processing and AR activities within customer reconciliation platforms. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and HIPAA compliance, with a hybrid schedule and weekday hours.

You will interact with customers, insurers, and internal teams to resolve issues, input data, and maintain thorough documentation. A background in retail pharmacy tech and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a retail pharmacy technician.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage and organize data files.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and insurance payers.
• Monitor and manage the import of client sales transmissions.
• Retrieve, download, and input payment file data.
• Monitor and import daily deposit data.
• Reconcile payments and remittance details.
• Investigate and resolve payment exceptions.
• Provide responsive and professional customer service.
• Collaborate with other team members and customers to ensure data accuracy and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation of processes and procedures to support consistency and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to system enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements related to patient and payment data.
• Perform additional duties and support projects as assigned.
