Job summary

ScriptPro LLC is seeking a Pharmacy Accounts Receivable Support Representative to assist with reconciliation platforms, payment processing, and AR activities in a healthcare tech environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and regulatory compliance.

The position operates Monday–Friday 8am–5pm CST with two on-campus days per week, offering hybrid work and opportunities to streamline pharmacy financial workflows within ScriptPro's Financial Advantage program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a retail pharmacy technician.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage and organize data files.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and insurance payers.
• Monitor and manage the import of client sales transmissions.
• Retrieve, download, and input payment file data.
• Monitor and import daily deposit data.
• Reconcile payments and remittance details.
• Investigate and resolve payment exceptions.
• Provide responsive and professional customer service.
• Collaborate with other team members and customers to ensure data accuracy and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation of processes and procedures to support consistency and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to system enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements related to patient and payment data.
• Perform additional duties and support projects as assigned.
