Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmacy healthcare analytics with focus on data analysis or trend management
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, SAS or similar

Responsibilities

• Data Mining and Report Development: collect, analyze and report pharmacy data, trends and KPIs.
• Data Analysis and Report Development: identify trends in claims and metrics and turn into actionable insights.
• Documentation: document report development and data processes into formal artifacts.
• Continuous Improvement & Training: stay informed about industry trends and provide training on data analysis tools.
• Cross Department Collaboration: work with stakeholders including clinical, financial, actuary, provider, network and operations
