Job summary

Medica in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Pharmacy Analytics Analyst to evaluate pharmacy data, identify trends, and drive informed decisions within a PBM/healthcare context.

You will develop reports, perform statistical analyses, and partner with clinical, financial, and operations teams to deliver actionable insights. Strong Excel/Tableau/SQL skills and 5+ years in pharmacy analytics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy analytics or data analysis
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Data mining and report development to analyze pharmacy data and trends
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and KPI drivers
• Create and present reports that summarize findings and provide actionable insights
• Document data processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate across clinical, financial, actuary, provider, network, and operations teams
