Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmacy healthcare analytics focusing on data analysis or trend management.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SQL, SAS or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to create comprehensive, visually engaging reports communicating data insights.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of pharmacy data, PBM landscape.

Responsibilities

• Data mining and development of pharmacy data reports for trends and metrics.
• Analyze pharmacy claims data to identify trends and KPIs and turn insights into actions.
• Create and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
• Document report development and data processes into formal artifacts.
• Support continuous improvement and training across the team and foster learning.
• Collaborate with clinical, financial, actuary, provider, network, and operations teams.
