Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for the In-Patient Pharmacy Services department. The role involves refilling automated dispensing systems, preparing sterile and non-sterile compounds, repackaging bulk medications, and managing inventory at the Pensacola facility.
You will triage calls and liaise between pharmacy staff, patients, and health professionals, ensuring accurate information flow and timely service. A valid PTCB or Florida Board license is required.

Refill and maintain automated dispensing systems and prepare orders and maintain inventory for the Pharmacy department.
Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounds.
Repackage bulk medications.
Receive and store incoming supplies.
Triage incoming calls and serve as a liaison between pharmacy, patient and health professionals by providing information.
One or more of the following required:
Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Registered Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Florida Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
