Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola is seeking a Pharmacy Services leader to coordinate rotating shifts and oversee pharmacy technicians under pharmacist supervision. You will drive daily activities, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to department problem-solving and staff development.
The role requires pharamcy tech licensure (PTCB or Florida Board), a suitable education path (HS equivalency with experience or an associate/technical degree), and a full-time schedule in Pensacola, FL.

Schedule: Rotating | Full-Time
Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates; Serve as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties as associates they lead.
Assign, monitor and review progress of work. Monitor and reports compliance with policies and/or procedures. May resolve scheduling issues.
Oversee daily activities of the pharmacy technicians under the direction of the pharmacists and management.
Assist with specialty projects and tasks as assigned by Pharmacy management. Participate in problem solving within the department.
Provide input into hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
One or more of the following required
Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Registered Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Florida Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
