Job summary

• Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in advising or higher education settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage with partners across the university to highlight the benefits of pharmacy as a career and promote pipeline programs and the Pharm.D. program at UF events.
• Assist with academic advisement for pre-health professional students seeking admission to the College of Pharmacy.
• Maintain accurate records and reports; track and advise students using Salesforce and related systems.
• Coordinate PEAP and GPEC programs, including application review, planning, and on-site execution with staff and partners.
• Develop advising resources and programming to support student success and informed academic decisions.
