Job summary

The University of Florida College of Pharmacy seeks an Academic Program Specialist I to engage with partners across the university, promote the Pharm.D. program at UF events, and assist with academic advisement for pre-health students.

This role oversees the PEAP and GPEC programs and leads ongoing program development and assessment. You will collaborate with Admissions, plan sessions, track records in Salesforce, and coordinate campus visits and camps, while supporting recruitment, enrollment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Advise pre-health/pharmacy students on admissions, prerequisite courses, and degree requirements.
• Coordinate and track PEAP and GPEC programs and maintain records in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Advise UF pre-pharmacy and PEAP students about admissions and course requirements.
• Coordinate the GPEC and PEAP programs, including application review and on-site activities.
• Engage with UF departments to promote pharmacy careers and recruit students.
