Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits and payer policies to remove barriers to care.
• Assist in resolving access issues with payers and provide cross-department support.
• Coordinate site assignment for care and financial counseling eligibility.
• Screen patients for financial assistance eligibility and collect income/assets.
• Support revenue cycle with coding and billing related to infusions and clinic meds.
• Lead training for new staff and manage day-to-day access operations.
• Advance prior authorizations and appeals, and optimize financial assistance enrollment.
