You will oversee contract performance, quarterly reviews, and cross-department collaboration to deliver exceptional service, insights, and value to clients while mitigating business risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
• 10 years specialty pharmacy experience in pharmacy, managed care or related.

Responsibilities

• Manage critical specialty pharmacy client relationships to improve profitability and retention.
• Position Fairview Specialty Pharmacy as market leader in innovative client solutions.
• Oversee contract deliverables, expectations, and quarterly business reviews with internal partners.
• Provide consultative services and develop specialty product offerings for clients.
• Lead monthly strategic workgroups with clients to address market disruptors and present solutions.
• Develop new reports and enhance the specialty suite of client reports.
