Responsibilities

• Direction and leadership of assigned team, including scheduling, performance management, and day-to-day operations.
• Complete timely performance reviews of staff according to policy.
• Manage operational expenses to meet the financial goals of the organization.
• Actively supports the recruitment, orientation and promotes the engagement of team.
• Provides guidance to ensure performance management aspects such as mentoring, coaching, individual development etc. are in place and holds staff accountable to expectations.
