Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability.
• Excellent English communication and ability to learn complex software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Pharmacists to deliver top-tier care for patients and clients.
• Coordinate workload distribution and monitor productivity; ensure performance metrics are met.
• Drive hiring and onboarding; conduct regular performance evaluations and development plans.
• Address underperformance with coaching or corrective actions as needed.
• Leverage data to assess team performance and optimize operations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and protect patient confidentiality.
