Coborn's Incorporated in Minnesota is seeking a Pharmacist to manage the day-to-day operation of the in-store pharmacy during assigned shifts, focusing on patient care, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.

You will work with pharmacists, technicians, and clerks to ensure smooth operations, maintain policy alignment, and support Coborn's strategic goals, including pharmacy performance in sales, labor, margin, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Understand Medicare Part B, Medicaid supplies, DME billing and government regulations.
• Pharmacy management experience is preferred, with leadership and business acumen.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the pharmacy during assigned shifts.
• Lead and collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and clerks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to Coborn's policies.
