Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist to lead daily pharmacy operations during shifts, prioritizing patient care and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and clerks to ensure smooth service and adherence to company policies.

The role supports company initiatives and targets in sales, labor, margin, and inventory while delivering a positive pharmacy experience for customers and building trust in Coborn’s brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Must understand Medicare Part B, Medicaid supplies, DME billing and government regulations.
• Pharmacy management experience preferred.
• Provide exceptional customer service with dignity and respect.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations during shifts, focusing on patient care, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and clerks to ensure smooth operations and consistent service.
• Maintain compliance with all policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Support pharmacy performance goals in sales, labor, gross margin, inventory and efficiency.
