Job summary

Coborn's Incorporated is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Minnesota to oversee the Pharmacy department operations during assigned shifts and ensure top customer service. You will manage pharmacists, technicians and clerks while maintaining compliance with all policies and laws.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Store and District Managers to align with corporate initiatives and drive loyalty and quality patient care within the pharmacy.

Qualifications

• is at least 18 years of age (required).
• has a Bachelor's Degree and /or PharmD Degree(s) from an accredited College of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pharmacy department operations, customer satisfaction and loyalty, and employee management during assigned shifts.
• Work closely with pharmacy staff; pharmacists, technicians and clerks, including regular, floating and casual staff.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local laws governing the practice of retail pharmacy and support site and company initiatives.
