Job summary

Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is seeking a Pharmacist Operations Manager (PIC) to lead day-to-day operations for our specialty mail-order pharmacy. You will supervise dispensing, RPh verification, and cold-chain processes while ensuring readiness for audits and regulatory inspections.

You will partner cross-functionally with clinicians, reimbursement teams, logistics, and vendors to optimize patient outcomes and operational excellence, maintaining compliance with pharmacy laws

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with current state licensure and eligibility for reciprocity if required.
• Experience leading specialty pharmacy mail operations and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with REMS, limited distribution drugs and accreditation standards.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily specialty mail pharmacy fulfillment, including dispensing and RPh verification.
• Manage staff scheduling, coaching, and performance for pharmacists and techs.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, URAC/ACHC standards and HIPAA.
• Drive quality programs, CAPA, and continuous process improvements.
• Oversee cold-chain handling, inventory and REMS programs as applicable.
• Prepare for audits, manage vendor relations, and optimize PMS workflows.
