Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Pharmacist for our Indiana pharmacy locations to ensure safe, accurate dispensing and high-quality patient care. You will lead clinical services, educate team members, and uphold Meijer Policies and state/federal laws.

As a patient-focused leader, you will mentor technicians, manage daily operations in the absence of the Pharmacist in Charge, and participate in immunization services, while supporting growth of the pharmacy business and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with BS/PharmD and state license.
• Certification in immunization required; Indiana exception noted.
• Registered pharmacist in the practice state; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians to be effective team members.
• Oversee operations in absence of Pharmacist in Charge.
• Perform and oversee clinical services including immunizations.

Education

Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy

Registered and licensed in the state of practice

Certified Immunization Pharmacist
