Blink Health, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a Pharmacist to supervise technicians, verify prescriptions in a high-volume closed-door fulfillment environment, and counsel patients by phone. The role requires a Missouri license, strong attention to detail, and collaboration with St.

Louis leadership and field staff. Responsibilities include overseeing data entry, ensuring confidentiality, and coordinating with prescribers to clarify prescriptions.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active Missouri Pharmacy License in good standing.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; mail order/closed-door fulfillment preferred.
• Active license in other states preferred (AK, AL, AR, CA, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, NE, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV).
• Strong command of English; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy; strong software learning aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support the pharmacy manager in workflow.
• Oversee data entry accuracy by staff from providers and receiving pharmacies.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and proper destruction of records.
• Assist in fielding calls from major chains and independent pharmacies nationwide.
• Oversee processes for receiving, processing, and transferring prescriptions end-to-end.
• Perform pharmacist verification in a high-volume setting; ensure accuracy of drug, dose, quantity, labeling.
• Review new and refill prescriptions for therapeutic appropriateness and interactions.
• Provide patient counseling and medication education by phone.
