Qualifications

• PharmD degree from ACPE-accredited college.

• Strong command of English; bilingual Spanish preferred for counseling.
• Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume prescription verification with accuracy.
• Technical aptitude to learn pharmacy management systems and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions with speed and clinical accuracy in a closed-door setting.
• Counsel patients by phone/digital platforms; provide education and adherence support.
• Collaborate with prescribers to resolve incomplete or ambiguous orders.
• Supervise technicians and monitor workflow for quality and efficiency.
• Ensure HIPAA, state/federal regulations, and BlinkRx policies are followed.
