Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Active Missouri Pharmacy License in good standing.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; mail order, specialty, or closed-door fulfillment preferred.
• Active license in other states is a plus.
• Strong command of English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; strong technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians in support of the pharmacy manager and workflow.
• Oversee data entry by staff and ensure quality of technician work.
• Protect patient confidentiality and manage records securely.
• Assist in handling calls from major chains and independent pharmacies nationwide.
• Oversee end-to-end processing and transfer of prescriptions.
• Perform pharmacist verification in a high-volume closed-door environment.
• Clinically review new and refill prescriptions for safety and dosing.
• Provide patient counseling and medication education by phone.
• Collaborate with prescribers to clarify prescriptions and resolve issues.
• Ensure work complies with policies and state/federal laws.
• Collaborate with leadership, staff, and corporate teams.
