Blink Health in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to supervise pharmacy technicians and support a high-volume, closed-door fulfillment operation. You will ensure accuracy in dispensing, verify prescriptions, counsel patients by phone, and collaborate with prescribers to resolve clinical clarifications.

This onsite role requires a Missouri Pharmacy license, a PharmD, and 0–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
Active Missouri Pharmacy License in good standing.
0–3 years of relevant experience; mail order/closed-door preferred.
Active license in additional states preferred (list provided).
Strong command of English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong technical aptitude to learn complex software.

Responsibilities

Supervise pharmacy technicians under the pharmacy manager in workflow.
Oversee data entry and ensure quality of technician work.
Maintain confidentiality and destroy patient records per policy.
Assist in handling calls from major chains and independent pharmacies nationwide.
Process and transfer prescriptions end-to-end.
Perform pharmacist verification in a high-volume setting.
Clinically verify prescriptions for appropriateness, interactions, dosing.
Counsel patients by phone on new prescriptions, refills, side effects.
Collaborate with prescribers to clarify prescriptions.
Work safely in compliance with laws and corporate policies.
Collaborate with St Louis Pharmacy leadership and staff.
