Job summary

Lumicera seeks a Pharmacist in Charge to lead the Specialty Pharmacy Clinical Services in Wisconsin. You will oversee daily clinical decision-making, prescription fulfillment operations, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accrediting standards.

You will manage dispensing workflows, inventory and cold-chain processes, quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration with clinicians, reimbursement, logistics, and vendors to optimize outcomes and operational

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist licensure in the state of residence or reciprocal eligibility.
• 5+ years as a licensed Pharmacist required.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
• 1+ year of professional experience as a Specialty Pharmacist preferred.
• Knowledge of REMS, limited distribution products, and related regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily specialty mail pharmacy fulfillment operations including dispensing and RPh verification.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state pharmacy laws and accreditation standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance for pharmacists and technicians.
• Drive quality and safety programs and continuous process improvement.
• Oversee inventory management, cold-chain handling, and vendor relationships.
• Lead audits/inspections and ensure regulatory readiness.
