Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a Pharmacist-in-Charge for a growing non-sterile compounding mail-order pharmacy. You will actively engage in dispensing, counseling, operations, and compliance to support national expansion, especially on the West Coast.

Requirements include AZ or NJ licensure, 3–5 years of experience, and a strong background in mail-order or compounding settings. Leadership and regulatory expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Arizona or New Jersey license required or eligible.
• 3–5 years total pharmacy experience.
• Mail-order, outpatient, community, or compounding backgrounds preferred.
• Comfortable functioning in a PIC role.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal 503A regulations.
• Previous PIC or pharmacy management experience preferred.
• West Coast licensure (CA, NM, TX, NV, UT, OR, WA, CO) preferred to support expansion.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide thorough patient counseling.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure SOPs, USP standards, and FDA 503A compliance are maintained.
• Manage inventory, including controlled substances, and maintain all required documentation.
• Address patient inquiries with professionalism and high customer service standards.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across states served by the pharmacy.
