The role requires active NV licensure with plan to obtain CA licensure within 90 days, and oversight of multi-state regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and QA mindset preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years experience as Pharmacist-in-Charge or Pharmacy Manager leading multi-state operations and responsible for staff development.
• Background in sterile compounding with deep knowledge of USP 797, USP 800, and sterile compounding regulations.
• Experience in a 503A compounding pharmacy.
• PharmD with current NV licensure.
• Willing to obtain CA licensure within first 90 days.
• Experience working in a 503B compounding pharmacy.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.

Job Description

Insight Global’s client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead operations at a sterile compounding pharmacy based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This individual will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations, overseeing compounding operations, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient safety.

This role requires active pharmacist licensure in Nevada, with a requirement to obtain additional state licenses.

Key Responsibilities

Skills and Requirements
