Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead a mail-order compounding pharmacy in Draper, UT. The PIC will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and manage multi-state licensure for AL, AR, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, NE, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, and WV.

Utilize Pioneer Rx for daily pharmacy management and oversee 503A non-sterile compounding in a closed-door setting. Utah licensure may be obtained upon hire.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience as Pharmacist in Charge in mail-order or compounding settings
• Strong leadership and regulatory compliance skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Serve as the primary PIC for multi-state licensure with licenses in listed states and Utah upon hire.
• Lead a growth-focused culture and optimize workflow for scaling operations.
• Utilize Pioneer Rx for daily pharmacy management.
• Oversee 503A non-sterile compounding processes in a closed-door environment.
