RPh on the Go is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge for a brand-new compounding pharmacy in Las Vegas, NV. This direct-hire role leads sterile operations and teams to support growth.

The position requires a PharmD, Nevada license, and 3+ years of sterile compounding experience, with a willingness to obtain California licensure as needed. Strong leadership and SOP development are essential for success.

Formación

• PharmD required.
• Active Nevada pharmacist license required.
• At least 3 years of sterile compounding experience required.
• Willingness to obtain California pharmacist license; fees covered by employer.
• Strong knowledge of USP <797>, USP <800>, and sterile compounding regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring compliance with USP <797>, USP <800>, FDA requirements, and state boards of pharmacy.
• Oversee daily sterile compounding operations, including workflow, personnel, and quality assurance programs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for sterile compounding.
• Hire, supervise, train, and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Manage pharmacy inspections, audits, and regulatory interactions.
• Oversee environmental monitoring, validation, and documentation programs.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, preparation, and dispensing of compounded sterile preparations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure ongoing inspection readiness.
• Support multi-state pharmacy compliance, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational strategy, team development, and future expansion.
