Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in California; eligibility to serve as PIC.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operation of the pharmacy to ensure patient care and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate dispensing in compliance with laws and standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and QA programs.
• Monitor performance and drive process improvements for safety and service quality.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and Board regulations.
• Act as designated Pharmacist-in-Charge for inspections and audits.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate pharmacy staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching and professional development.
