Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a growing Home Infusion Pharmacy in Rochester, MN. You will oversee daily pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and patient care in a leadership role.

The ideal candidate holds an active Minnesota Pharmacist License, demonstrated leadership, and experience managing pharmacy teams, with a focus on safety, quality, and regulatory adherence.
