Qualifications

• 5+ years of home infusion experience.
• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Leadership or management experience in a pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the new Lewis Center location.
• Ensure compliance with Ohio Board of Pharmacy requirements and applicable regulations.
• Oversee medication preparation, dispensing, storage, inventory, and documentation.
• Maintain audit and inspection readiness.
• Establish workflows and standards as the location grows.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers to optimize therapies.
