Symbria Rx at Great Plains in Lees Summit, MO seeks a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead regulatory oversight while actively practicing as a Staff Pharmacist. You will serve as the pharmacist of record with state and federal agencies, ensuring compliance with laws, accreditation standards, and company policies.

The PIC will mentor staff, oversee licenses, manage audits, and collaborate with leadership and quality teams to drive operational excellence and safe medication delivery across LTC

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Active Missouri and Kansas pharmacist licenses.
• Previous PIC or regulatory leadership experience; institutional pharmacy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Experience with audits, inspections, or accreditation surveys.
