STG International in Greensboro, NC seeks a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee clinical, operational, regulatory and financial performance of the Pharmacy, ensuring safe dispensing and compliance with state and federal laws.

The PIC will lead staff, manage daily workflow, drive quality, immunization programs, and collaborate with physicians and community partners to enhance resident care and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Eligible to serve as Pharmacist in Charge per state regulations.
• Immunization certification and CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Regulatory & compliance oversight with State Board of Pharmacy.
• Clinical leadership including patient counseling and immunization programs.
• Operational management of daily pharmacy workflow and staffing.
