Job summary

Qualifications
- PharmD required and licensed pharmacist in California.
- Experience in FQHCs or community pharmacy settings preferred.
- Knowledge of DEA regulations, HIPAA, and board inspections.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Pharmacist in Charge under California Board of Pharmacy regulations.
- Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local laws and HRSA/FQHC requirements.
- Lead staff supervision, training, and workflow optimization in the pharmacy.
- Manage medication safety, drug use programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate 340B program compliance and pharmacy budget oversight.
- Provide advanced clinical services and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Represent the pharmacy in inspections, audits, and regulatory inquiries.
