Job summary

CVS Health, through Omnicare, is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to lead the dispensing pharmacy and ensure regulatory compliance at our Montana site. The PIC will supervise the team, maintain licensure records, and liaise with management on quality and patient care initiatives.

The role requires Montana licensure, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of regulatory requirements. The position offers full-time hours, a 40-hour work week, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed pharmacist in the state of Montana, active & in good standing.
• Strong leadership experience preferred; able to lead a dispensing team.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (Board of Pharmacy, DEA, FDA, etc.) and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for the dispensing pharmacy.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance.
• Educate staff on pharmacy-related issues and recalls.
• Implement QA programs to improve patient care and safety.
• Maintain licensure records for staff as required by state law.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and maintain patient privacy.
