Job summary

Elevance Health, Inc. seeks a Manager, Pharmacist in Charge - Advanced Home Delivery to lead a hybrid pharmacy operation in Tucson, coordinating staff, ensuring compliance, and delivering high quality patient care.

The role requires RPh with strong leadership and regulatory expertise, plus state licensure and PharmD as preferred. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, in-office 3 days per week, and opportunities to collaborate with hospital and home health partners while managing center

Qualifications

• Requires an RPh and a minimum of 5 years pharmacy experience and a minimum of 3 years management experience.
• Current active unrestricted state license to practice pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) in applicable state(s) required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all pharmacy staff are accountable to the organization and decisions made that affect the consumer.
• Serves as the Pharmacist-in-charge and ensures staff licensure/certification/registration and continuing education, plus competence assessment programs.
• Ensures compliance with Policy and Procedures and accreditation standards.
• Keeps current with all State and Federal regulations regarding the practice of pharmacy and recommends changes.
• Coordinates provision of pharmacy services with other health professionals.
