Job summary

Elevance Health seeks a Manager, Pharmacist in Charge - Advanced Home Delivery to lead the pharmacy center, supervise staff, and manage operations with a focus on compliant, high-quality patient care. Qualifications

• Requires an RPh with 5+ years of pharmacy experience and 3+ years in management.
• Current active unrestricted state license to practice pharmacy as an RPh.
• PharmD degree; multi-state licensure preferred and willingness to obtain additional licenses.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and direct all pharmacy services within the center.
• Supervise staff and manage operating expenses while ensuring high quality care.
• Ensure staff licensing, certification, continuing education, and competence.
• Maintain compliance with State and Federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate pharmacy services with hospitals, home health, and other health professionals.
• Work with corporate office to maintain licenses and PIC requirements and manage QA&AI activities.
