Elevance Health in Plano, TX seeks a Manager Pharmacy Specialty to oversee daily duties for specialty pharmacy services and key accounts. This full-time, onsite role leads pharmacist and technician teams and collaborates across care systems.

The position requires a PharmD or BA/BS in Pharmacy with at least 3 years of related experience and an active license; TB testing may be required. Hybrid/work-from-home policies vary by location.

Formación

• Requires a BA/BS in Pharmacy or a PharmD and minimum of 3 years of related pharmacy experience.
• Must possess an active, valid, current unrestricted pharmacy license (RPH) for applicable state or territory of the United States.
• For Paragon and Carelon Health business unit, satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Maximizes efficiency and productivity of the pharmacy and delivery operations.
• Provides leadership in management of patients from intake to distribution of drugs and supplies.
