Elevance Health is seeking a Manager, Pharmacist in Charge for Advanced Home Delivery in Tucson, AZ. The role drives organization, coordination and evaluation of pharmacy services, supervising staff and controlling expenses while delivering high-quality health care.

The position requires an active RPh license and substantial pharmacy and leadership experience. The role operates on a hybrid schedule with in-office days to foster collaboration and patient-centered care.

Qualificações

• Requires an active unrestricted state license to practice as a Pharmacist (RPh).
• Minimum 5 years pharmacy experience and at least 3 years in management.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, coordinate, direct and evaluate all pharmacy services.
• Supervise center staff and manage operating expenses.
• Ensure staff licensing, continuing education, and compliance with regulations.
