Job summary

ComPsych is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Analyst to lead the development of clinical outcomes and client experience measurement programs. You will build scorecards, define methodologies, and manage reporting infrastructure across global service lines, linking data from surveys, assessments, and provider networks to drive improvements in service quality.

Work closely with the clinical research team and leadership to translate objectives into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred in a related field.
• At least 5+ years of research, analytics, or data-driven quality improvement in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data interpretation in applied research.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI; SPSS or similar tools a plus.
• Experience with survey platforms (Alchemer or LimeSurvey) including build and data export.
• Demonstrated ownership of deliverables and proactive communication of timelines and risks.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer ongoing collection of clinical outcomes and client experience data across domestic and global service lines.
• Build and maintain survey platforms, including construction, routing logic, and data integrity.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified reporting structure.
• Define and implement calculation methodologies for clinical outcomes and experience measures.
• Design scorecards and reporting frameworks to track outcomes and experience.
• Own recurring outcomes and experience reports for leadership.
• Analyze trends and insights to inform service delivery and strategic questions.
• Combine outcome data with provider network data to identify performance gaps and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with clinical research for ad hoc projects and thought leadership.
• Support leadership in improving clinical workflows and operational efficiency.
