Job summary

Resolute Health Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to maintain dispensing and clinical review functions in a hospital setting. You will provide pharmaceutical care to neonate through geriatric patients, inpatients and outpatients, while completing required competencies within the introductory period.

QUALIFICATIONS include a PharmD from an accredited college, Texas State Board of Pharmacy license, hospital internship or experience, and preferred IV admixture certification.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree from an accredited college required.
• Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy license required.
• Hospital internship rotation completed or equivalent experience.
• IV admixture certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dispensing functions and clinical review in compliance with laws.
• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients across all ages (inpatient and outpatient).
• Perform established competencies within the introductory period.
• Carry out related duties as assigned.

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for maintaining pharmaceutical dispensing functions, including clinical review functions, in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Provides pharmaceutical care and products to all neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including inpatients and outpatients. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: NA

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Hospital Internship Rotation
