This role provides pharmaceutical care to neonates through geriatric patients, including inpatients and outpatients, and completes required competencies within the introductory period. A supportive team and ongoing education are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Hospital internship rotation completed.
• Texas State Board of Pharmacy license required.
• IV Admixture Certification preferred.
• Hospital experience preferred.

Job Summary

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for maintaining pharmaceutical dispensing functions, including clinical review functions, in accordance with all legal and
regulatory requirements. Provides pharmaceutical care and products to all neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients,
including inpatients and outpatients. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other
related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Hospital Internship Rotation
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Hospital experience
