Job summary

Resolute Baptist Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support dispensing functions and clinical review in a busy hospital setting. You will provide pharmaceutical care to patients across the age spectrum, from neonates to geriatrics, in both inpatient and outpatient contexts.

You will complete required competencies during the introductory period and perform other related duties as assigned. This role emphasizes compliance with regulatory standards and collaboration with the healthcare

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Hospital Internship Rotation is the minimum experience.
• Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy license required; IV Admixture certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pharmaceutical dispensing functions and clinical review in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide pharmaceutical care to neonate through geriatric patients, inpatients and outpatients.
• Complete established competencies within the introductory period; perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for maintaining pharmaceutical dispensing functions, including clinical review functions, in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Provides pharmaceutical care and products to all neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including inpatients and outpatients. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
