Resolute Health Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to maintain dispensing operations and provide high-quality pharmaceutical care across neonatal to geriatric patients, including inpatients and outpatients. Qualifications

• Hospital internship rotation experience.

• Maintains pharmaceutical dispensing functions and clinical review to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provides pharmaceutical care to neonate, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients (inpatients and outpatients).
• Completes established competencies for the position within the introductory period and performs related duties as assigned.

regulatory requirements. Provides pharmaceutical care and products to all neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients,
including inpatients and outpatients. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other
related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy
PREFERRED EDUCATION: NA
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Hospital Internship Rotation
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Hospital experience
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Possession of current Texas State Board of Pharmacy License
