Qualifications

• Experience with partnership management

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs aligned with partner and regulatory goals
• Supervise daily execution of programs, including workflow, performance management and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies
• Develop quality monitoring rubrics and maintain high standards of patient care
• Identify process improvements and drive implementation with stakeholders
• Support high-touch partnership activities and resolve escalated issues from patients/providers
