Pharmaceutical State Licensing Project Manager

Role Summary

This full-time remote position requires technical knowledge, customer service abilities, a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Working hours are 8am - 4:30pm ET.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Perform client services and support the State Compliance department, including:
  • Review questionnaires and business models with clients.
  • Consolidate and compile applications.
  • Review applications for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage physical or electronic mail correspondence.
  • Communicate with clients and ensure their needs are met.
  • Assist Application Specialist in resolving deficiencies highlighted by the Board.
  • Update internal database on application status.
  • Handle administrative tasks using basic Microsoft Word skills.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Qualifications
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in drug supply chain, pharmacy regulatory affairs, or state licensing.
    Additional Skills
    • Excellent verbal, written, and language skills.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Strong time management skills.
    • Dependability and reliability.
    Supervisory Responsibilities

    No direct supervisory responsibilities, but leadership qualities are valued. Opportunities for advancement exist.

    Compensation & Benefits
    • Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
