Pharmaceutical State Licensing Project Manager

Position Summary

This full-time remote position requires technical knowledge and customer service skills to meet company needs. A willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail are essential.

Working Hours

8am - 4:30pm ET

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the State Compliance department with client services, including reviewing questionnaires and business models, consolidating applications, and ensuring accuracy.
• Manage client communication and assist in resolving deficiencies.
• Update internal databases to reflect application progress.
• Perform administrative tasks using basic Microsoft Word skills.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in drug supply chain, pharmacy regulatory affairs, or state licensing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong time management skills.
• Dependability and reliability.
