Inside Sales Representative — Healthcare / Pharmaceutical
About the Opportunity
We are partnered with a growing healthcare organization specializing in outsourced sterile compounding solutions for hospitals and surgery centers is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its expanding sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with 1–3 years of experience to break into medical sales, learn a high-growth segment of the healthcare industry, and build a long-term career.
In this role, you'll represent a portfolio of high-quality, rigorously tested pharmaceutical products including an expanded pain-management product line that plays a meaningful role in supporting safer alternatives amid the opioid crisis. Your work will have a direct, tangible impact on patients, caregivers, and the broader healthcare community.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, hunt, and close new business opportunities within an assigned territory of hospitals and surgery centers through outbound calls, emails, and consistent follow-up
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed revenue targets
- Maintain and grow a qualified sales pipeline to support monthly revenue goals
- Research and identify new account opportunities to drive customer acquisition
- Accurately document sales activity, customer interactions, and buyer insights in the CRM
- Successfully onboard new customers and ensure a seamless transition
- Build deep knowledge of the market landscape, including competitors, group purchasing contracts, and pricing structures
- Partner cross-functionally to keep customers informed on product availability and resolve issues
- Build long‑term relationships with key contacts to expand the product portfolio within accounts
- Manage and resolve customer complaints with timely follow‑up
What You Bring
- 1–2+ years of sales experience, preferably within hospital, medical, or pharmaceutical sales. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑starter who thrives working independently. Accurate, high‑volume data entry skills, including pricing calculations.
- Adaptable, resilient, positive attitude suited to a rapidly growing business. Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel); CRM experience a plus.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory/compliance frameworks (e.g., cGMP, USP) preferred but not required.
Schedule & Location
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. One remote day per week available after successfully completing a 90‑day introductory period. Denver metro area (Englewood, CO).
- Base salary $58,000 with on‑target earnings around $100,000.
