The Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated Independent Sales Representative (1099) to build and expand relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, and surgery centers. This is a commission-based independent contractor role - perfect for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and performance-driven rewards.

What You'll Do

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgery centers, and other pharmaceutical buyers
• Promote and sell OurPharma's 503B compounded sterile products in compliance with FDA regulations
• Manage and grow existing accounts while hunting new business
• Present products and address stakeholder questions/concerns
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
• Track and report on sales activity
• Share market insights and customer feedback with leadership
• Stay current on 503B industry trends, regulations, and competitor activity

What You Bring

• Proven pharmaceutical sales experience, specifically within a 503B outsourcing facility (highly preferred)
• Established relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare systems (highly preferred)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets
• Working knowledge of 503B FDA regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to build and execute a strategic sales plan independently
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
